Tender vareniks with cherry

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 250 g + 100 g (in the dough)
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • Cherries - 250 g
  • Water - 110 ml
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Salt - to taste

How to cook:

  1. Sift the flour and mix with a pinch of salt. Add two tablespoons of oil, mix.
  2. Make an indentation and, stirring with a spoon, pour in all the boiling water.
  3. Knead the dough with a spoon, then with your hands. Cover with film and put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove pits from cherries. Divide the dough into two parts, remove the second part under the film.
  5. Roll into a sausage, cut with a knife into equal pieces. Everyone to rock.
  6. Put two cherries and half a tsp. sugar Pinch the edges.
  7. Cook over medium heat in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
