Tender vareniks with cherry
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 250 g + 100 g (in the dough)
- Chicken egg - 1 pc.
- Cherries - 250 g
- Water - 110 ml
- Butter - 30 g
- Salt - to taste
How to cook:
- Sift the flour and mix with a pinch of salt. Add two tablespoons of oil, mix.
- Make an indentation and, stirring with a spoon, pour in all the boiling water.
- Knead the dough with a spoon, then with your hands. Cover with film and put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Remove pits from cherries. Divide the dough into two parts, remove the second part under the film.
- Roll into a sausage, cut with a knife into equal pieces. Everyone to rock.
- Put two cherries and half a tsp. sugar Pinch the edges.
- Cook over medium heat in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
